All of that would make a difference so small that the percentage would need several zeros after the decimal point.
Actually, IIRC, the airborne sulphur particles, the result of burning coal, reflects sunlight back out into space. When we cleaned up the coal emissions, we got warmer. Got rid of acid rain, but....
You forgot that we have to impose a carbon(less?) tax on the US.
No kidding... if there is an AGW coming on, it may be just in time to mitigate global cooling.
