Totally amazing story, there. Thanks. Cruz was/is a drama queen, who actually worked to advance everything he was railing against out on the trail. How this genuine creep put together such a dang near cult following I guess I'll never know. When he turned Christians from the bush into a small army of vicious mouthed, vindictive fanatics I had to wonder about Christians. Good to know your friends were able to cut free.✂

The good news: More evangelicals voted for Trump over Cruz.
The others simply chose Cruz because he seemed better at the time, he had hadn't yet shown his true colors. Most of them now see the truth, and given a second chance would vote for Trump.
The Cruzers on here, the vicious ones weren't all evangelicals, they were all over the map, and I believe that's true of most #nevertrumpers. A few luke warm evangelicals, lots of others who have very little faith of any kind.
I worry more for the large percentage of Catholics who actually support a lying, corrupt, greedy, atheist who hates Christians of all stripes, and do so with such naivete.
The lady who I talked off the ledge a few weeks ago just left, she's totally on the Trump train, and she and her husband are strong evangelicals.

I know a few of those CINO's, as well as a few EINO's. Not people I respect a great deal.
I also know a lot of fine Catholics, the ones striving to live out their faith. I have nothing but praise for those types, at least the ones I know.
