The others simply chose Cruz because he seemed better at the time, he had hadn't yet shown his true colors. Most of them now see the truth, and given a second chance would vote for Trump.
The Cruzers on here, the vicious ones weren't all evangelicals, they were all over the map, and I believe that's true of most #nevertrumpers. A few luke warm evangelicals, lots of others who have very little faith of any kind.
I worry more for the large percentage of Catholics who actually support a lying, corrupt, greedy, atheist who hates Christians of all stripes, and do so with such naivete.
The lady who I talked off the ledge a few weeks ago just left, she's totally on the Trump train, and she and her husband are strong evangelicals.
