Donald Trump charged President Barack Obama on Wednesday with being the founder of the Islamic State during a campaign rally in Florida.

"In many respects, you know, they honor President Obama," Trump said during a campaign stop in Fort Lauderdale. "He is the founder of ISIS."
Last week, his campaign tried to draw financial links between the Clinton Foundation and the terror group. Wednesday, he called Democratic Presidential nominee Hillary Clinton the group's “co-founder.”
Trump has long accused Obama and Clinton for pursuing Middle East policies that created a power vacuum in Iraq that was exploited by Islamic State. He had criticized Obama for announcing he would yank U.S. troops out of Iraq, which Obama critics believe created the instability in which extremist groups thrive.

I still remember when ISIS was a 25 vehicle convoy in Iraq. President Obama would not allow airstrikes on them.

They empowered the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt - which, fortunately had an Army capable of tossing that version of ISIS out. They’ve destroyed Libya and turned it into an ISIS stronghold. And then they turned to Syria...
All at the behest of their funding source in Saudi Arabia. Obama and Hillary (not even to mention the Bush clan) are nothing more than puppets for the Saudi Wahabbis.

The Egyptians and many Syrians have made this charge for years. They all think Obama has brought this on as a tool for his own causes. It’s not a big stretch of the imagination to think the same administration that recklessly brought us Fast & Furious could have also cooked this monstrosity up and used billions of American dollars to make it happen. Say it Donald. Shout it from the rooftops.
Yes, it was at least Obama and Hitlery responsible for the policies that allowed ISIS to strengthen and continues today. At the same time, Hitlery was not able to fart without approval or direction from Obama and his handlers.
