It occurs to me that I haven't seen pictures of Trump supporters who have been assaulted by Hillary/Soros supporter thugs in a while. 1) There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus...so the “books” are settled...forever.
2) Consider the kindness AND severity of God. Pretending one or the other doesn’t exist leads to a lot of confusion, since they’re both entwined throughout Scripture.
3) I do want our corrupted rulers to know Christ, but “there is no fear of God before their eyes”. First the fear, then the know. Tell me that isn’t backed by Scripture.
4) in addressing the latest outrages, I come out swinging due to the hardened culture. God gives grace to the humble, but opposes the proud. “To the wicked He makes himself seem torturous”—Psalm 18
5) in encountering someone feeling after God I would NOT address them in the tone I do while posting on a forum like this.
6) I side with God as David did, without apology. I also admit I sin, am weak, am afraid, etc. it’s all there in the Psalms. You could accuse David of the same thing you accused me of. Or Paul. Or Jude. Or James. Or....

I agree, more or less. I’m DONE with “Christian schizophrenia”, though. Scripture is replete with medicine for every ill. Depending on the patient, some might taste good and some might taste of death.
Lady Wisdom offers her treasure to “the simple” and offers to pour out her spirit to the one who turns at her reproof. THEN she threatens to hide from the one who rejects her, even laughing at their calamity.
Did I make that up? She wants the fool to eat and drink at HER table! If she was evil she would have just laughed and never offered. But always the sad rejection of most to her offer and her diagnosis:

Remember too that this is Old Testament and the full dimensions of the work of Christ were, at best, only hinted at.
One might even be “Proverbs-wise” in the world and still headed to an ETERNAL hell if not an EARTHLY one. The world has object lessons that cannot be stopped at for their own sake, but must be looked at as how they apply to the relationships of eternity.
One of the saddest things in the world is the man who is earthly wise, yet ultimately the driver is his ego. Maybe King Solomon himself was in that boat, when he sinned with his many wives. Being such a big shot that the grace of God is no longer amazing is a sad fate.

My full position is not going to be evident in a single post. Scripture is no different, with its seeming extremes that one can only reconcile by FAITH.

Solomon and the wisdom God gave through him...STAND. Not for one second do I believe Solomon was eternally lost. It is awesome that God hid none of his downfall NOR the greatness He gave him. Jesus even acknowledged Solomon’s God-given greatness while yet declaring that His was “greater”.
The whole profession is proving that there is no more value to continuing to provide the perks and privileges associated with that profession.
Since the idiots have been too stupid to figure the need to police themselves, eventually, they’ll have to be policed by others.
