Unless there personal consequences to governmental officials - fines and jail terms - it won’t matter. Even if the IRS loses, it will just promise to change procedures and, maybe, there will be payment to the injured parties. But that payment will be from taxpayer funds and after years of litigation. Judges need to start jailing defiant Democrat officials to have any real impact.
There should be a public board to oversee every government bureaucracy.
It won’t end until the ‘career’ Democrat plants there get shuffled off to Alaska or somewhere.
