Emails reveal Hillary’s shocking pay-for-play scheme

Hillary Clinton put the State Department up for sale, with top aides pulling strings and doing favors for fat-cat donors to the Clinton Foundation — including a shady billionaire, according to smoking-gun emails released Tuesday.

The stunning revelations include how wealthy contributors seeking influence or prestigious government gigs could fork over piles of cash to get access to Clinton’s inner circle, including top aides Huma Abedin and Cheryl Mills.

Chagoury is a Lebanese-Nigerian billionaire who gave the Clinton Foundation between $1 million and $5 million. In 2009, he also pledged $1 billion to the Clinton Global Initiative.

The construction magnate, a close pal of Bill Clinton’s, has financial interests around the world. He was convicted in Switzerland in 2000 of money laundering and paid a $66 million fine in a plea deal.

Abedin’s quick response to Band paid dividends down the road.

In June 2011, Band formed the Teneo consulting firm, with Bill Clinton as the paid honorary chairman. And in 2012, Abedin won permission to work as a $15,000-a-month consultant for Teneo in a special arrangement that allowed her to remain on the State Department payroll.

The disclosures came in a batch of 296 pages of State Department documents released by Judicial Watch, a watchdog group that has been fighting in court to recover Clinton’s emails through the Freedom of Information Act.

Meanwhile, channel surfing last night (no news channels) i landed on cnn twice over a two hour span for less than five seconds each. “2nd amendment violence” was a the banner and panel discussion both times.

Many millions of us have suspected such since about the time the Haitian funds started disappearing and the Clinton Foundation seemed to be enriching.

Many millions of us still wonder about that $6 Billion of ‘misplaced’ State Department money, too. When was that? Oh, yeah, when Hillary Clinton was Secretary of State.

All that is corrupt but it pales in comparison to Trump suggesting 2nd amendment supporters will have something to say about any attempt to take their rights away. The one is about murder, bribery, extortion, and prostituting out America, but the Donald advocated fighting for one’s God-given rights.

To destroy her campaign in the public eye, are these present, in chronological order?: (help!)
__ (1) Documentation showing an identified person was a donor
__ (2) Email requesting a specific or general favor from State for said donor
__ (3) Documentation of a favor enacted by State

In our country now, the only chance of exposing Hilary’s crimes is that these be shown simply, clearly, and unambiguously. Only one case could open people’s eyes to the entire scheme, as in “Clinton Cash”.

Something that makes this ^{even more} egregious is the Constitutional provision:

Article 1 Section 9:

No title of nobility shall be granted by the United States: and no person holding any office of profit or trust under them, shall, without the consent of the Congress, accept of any present, emolument, office, or title, of any kind whatever, from any king, prince, or foreign state

Congress was never asked to approve Hillary’s participation in any foundation while she was Secretary of State. Ratification of her nomination to that post does not count, even if full disclosure had been made to the Senate before that confirmation vote - if for no other reason, because Senate confirmation does not involve the House of Representatives. And even if the House had approved the arrangement, that would not constitute a Constitutional Amendment, and arguably each instance of acceptance of money from a foreign government by a government employee would require congressional approval.

Acceptance of such funds by Bill as honoraria for speeches directly benefited Hillary via their marriage. Acceptance of such funds by the Clinton Foundation constitutes an aggrandizement of Hillary as a principal in that foundation; if the foundation used that money to cure cancer, Hillary cured cancer. Which you might consider unobjectionable - but why didn’t she get congressional approval, if the money was actually benefiting humanity in general more than Hillary in particular!

Of course, laws - even the Constitution itself - only apply to little people . . .
