Hillary most likely told the FBI the truth....but lied to the American people. She would go to jail IF she LIED to the FBI in that private hearing. For fear of losing the election/i.e. Democratic Socialists and Globalists of America, obviously great pressure was brought upon Dir. Comey not to indite the guilty Hillary.

Where does that leave American citizens who want an honest government? Well, substituting the word politician for kid; Put a dirty politician and a clean politician in a room to negotiate something , and after a while they are both dirty ... the clean NEVER rubs off and makes the dirty politician clean ... the dirt always rubs off and makes the clean politician dirty.

I don’t think they have a legal case, but Hillary most certainly is a scumbag. She ought to drop to her knees and beg for their forgiveness.

Rush pointed out after the senate hearings that in the report the reason she didn't send anyone in was to not embarrass the Libyan military. Which there was no military it only citizens trying to defend each other (militia)

I tried to find this in the report I couldn't find it. But a politician making stupid decisions isn't criminal or subject to law suites.

“I don’t think they have a legal case...”

I’m not sure they have one via they avenue they are pursuing, but anyone can sue anyone for “emotional distress”, so they certainly could make a case that her lies about their child’s death caused them that.

Just find a cause to sue her, doesn’t matter what it is, the important thing is to get a deposition out of her under oath and on the record. If she lies, it’s perjury. If she tells the truth, she conflicts her previous statements and everyone will know she was lying for years to the American public. Win-win.

Don’t believe for an instant Hillary told the truth. She would have said, ‘I did not knowingly send classified info.’ That would have been her story and she’d have stuck to it.

Why else did Comey stress that he didn’t believe Hillary understood/grasped the meaning of the Classified markings on the emails?

Since the attack was an act of war, there can be no lawsuit for emotional distress

“She would go to jail IF she LIED to the FBI in that private hearing”

Not unless she was making a sworn statement, otherwise it was just a nice friendly chat. You know how warm and fuzzy she is. . .

Just finished watching the movie 13 Hours. I tried several online searches but could not find out the identity of the CIA Base Chief called “Bob” in the film. Does anyone know what his full name is? Has he ever been outted?

“Since the attack was an act of war”

Since when? According to Hillary it was a riot caused by a video. Let’s see her try to make that defense in court...

Also, I wasn’t suggesting the parents sue Al Qaeda or the US government over the deaths, I was suggesting they sue Hillary directly for her lies. Those lies weren’t an “act of war”.

An act of war has to be recognized as such to be valid.

1) Complaint fails to state a cause of action
2) Hillary has qualified immunity as a gov't employee chief of State Dept.
3) Defendant deny she said......
4) Acts of Defendant did not cause injury
5) Injury was caused by acts of 3rd parties over which Hillary had no......

If we play by the "Hillary Rules" the judge can nail her......other wise...

The FBI did not do their duty.

Did you know that it is a crime to tell a lie to the federal government? Even if your lie is oral and not under oath? Even if you have received no warnings of any kind? Even if you are not trying to cheat the government out of money? Even if the government is not actually misled by your falsehood? Well it is.

I hate to see this, but I think the Judge is right...

Maybe when she looses to Trump and is a ‘regular’ citizen again, they could sue...or maybe Trump’s A.G. might do it for them...emails and all...

I could see the night that the mother spoke at the RNC convention that she is hurt and the pain is still there, and she’s angry also, and I don’t blame her one bit!!!

I like Judge Napolitano. Think he knows his stuff, and is perfectly capable of making excellent legal analyses of many of the issues he’s asked to evaluate.

Problem is, we have found ourselves mired in a justice system that exempts certain people from culpability. This makes Judge Nap’s pronouncements ‘wrong’ and virtually worthless.

Same goes Judge Jeanine Pirro. She’s a wonder, but, for all intents and purposes, she’s ‘wrong’ all the time.

This country has been turned upside-down and inside-out.

Judge Napolitano said that government officials are given immunity from such lawsuits as long as they behave within the authority that was given to them.
Was hillary actually behaving "within the authority" of her position? If so, exactly what authority was she given that allowed her to put classified information on a non-secured system?

The only one I see in your list that might apply is qualified immunity, and that can easily be suspended, especially if the government wants to maintain that they never told Hillary the incident was caused by a youtube video. If they didn’t tell her that, then she “went rogue” and qualified immunity shouldn’t be applicable.

Exactly why Hillary tole the truth in the private meeting with the FBI people....Comey said he wasn't there for the meeting....clears him from any further action i.e., indictment. Clearly the Clinton Machine is powerful..............her lies are for the 'little' people.

Is Hillary said, ‘Not to my knowledge,’ when asked if she’d sent classified info via email, how could the FBI prove she was lying?

More importantly, why did Comey stress that he didn’t believe Hillary understood the classified markings on emails?
