It would seem a lot of these folks worked closely with American security involving middle eastern countries... Maybe more then a few of them have something to hide.... Bribery or some such thing...

Not that I know what I'm talking about or anything like that... Just saying that's all... I mean after all, a whole lot of those SOB's in the courts and our Congress obviously have no allegiance to our country... What would make the underlings less vulnerable to vice..??

MHO.. :(

Bush loyalists. To think I was once fooled by the Bushes. They crave personal power for their own dynasty more than is seemly in a republic and they should all, W included, be shunned.

"This might push many Republicans to leave the Trump camp."

It's certainly pushing me to leave the Republican camp.

50 DC insiders!
Thanks, you POS’s who are somehow “unable”
to work with a “Republican majority” in Congress!

Well, it’s obvious that their problem is that none of them will have JOBS under Trump. Take, for example, “William Howard Taft IV”— former ambassador to NATO!!

Just to add some meat to my post #54:

One of the signatories is Philip Zelikow, Former Counselor of Dept of State.

His name was quite a frequent occurrence on the threads of FR in the old days. Zelikow was appointed executive director of the 9/11 Commission.

When the ABLE DANGER program surfaced, Zelikow was informed by Lieutenant Colonel Anthony Shaffer about its existence, “he [according to Wikipedia and numerous threads here on FR] failed to have the 9/11 Commission investigate, despite the promise that the Commission would investigate all 9/11 related topics. Able Danger was not included in the Commission’s final report.”

One should also note that Philip Zelikow’s definite conflict of interest sitting on the 9/11 Commission having previously worked on the Bush transition team, facilitated for the Democrats to incude Jamie Gorelick in the same Commission.

Ah yes, Philip Zelikow, botched the 9/11 Commission (intentionally???) and is an all-around disgrace to the USA.

Trump has a habit of making all the right enemies.

Yeah, I saw where Susan Collins (R D)-Maine said that she'd not be voting for trump because "he doesn't share her Republican values".

Sez me, neither do I. And neither do lots of other people. Because "Republican" no longer means "Conservative".

I hope Donald hands Hillary back her own head in a bag, and starts to purge some of the squishy Republicans from the party. Ryan - today - would be a good start.

I remember the night before the election, Pres. Reagan had a 2% favorable rating. Because of the liberal wing opposition of which Bush 1 was a member, Pres. Reagan chose him for VP. ?Keep your friends close and your enemies closer.”

Now with the 28 secret pages released we know how well that investigation was conducted.

Quite right, Mr Trump is a reversal of the old adage tell me who your friends are and I will know who you are. In his case it is his enemies that are so telling.

Good man!

...Donald J. Trump “lacks the character, values and experience”...

Compared to Hillary, whose character and values are impeccable and who has experience overseeing successful relationships with other countries? < /sarc >

This is like an instant relay of the Reagan campaign, He was called "dangerous", "inexperienced in foreign affairs", "trigger happy" and any other name they could think of to scare the American electorate.

He was also WAAYY down in the polls at this point in time.

I want to see him start with what Palin did in Alaska- purge the corrupt from the party. Then he can deal with the squishies and RINOs.
