Like cops, you cannot directly sue government officials. This will be tossed fast. Can you imagine all the 9/11 families going after Bush and Cheney if this were to be successful?
The Wrongful Death complaint will probably be tossed but the defamation occurred this year while Her Thighness is out of government.
