Well we know what happens with “health problems” and Politburos. Suddenly the person becomes unavailable and a replacement is named.

Now the Democrats are pretty good about getting state supreme courts to skate by state laws in some places pertaining to replacement candidates. But not every state is New Jersey. The biggest question is whether they could get the USSC to force it. Not having 20 or so states on board means they are essentially forced to concede.

No problem. Get a friendly judge to rule in your favor and get that case to the Supreme Court. Tie goes to the dim’s. The federal courts are way past corrupt. They are a Marxist oligarchy.
