Alan Dershowitz told Newsmax TV on Friday that President Barack Obama had "absolutely" no way of justifying the $400 million cash payment to Tehran in return for four American hostages — especially since a video surfaced this week in Iranian media showing an unmarked plane and a pallet of cash.
"The fact that it was done secretly," the Harvard Law School professor emeritus told "Newsmax Prime" host J.D. Hayworth. "The fact that we allowed Iran to now, essentially, extort us by asking to have it done in secret and then announcing it in public — putting the United States in a horribly embarrassing situation.

Obama’s team is stupid AND they’re liars. Considering that we should thank our lucky stars the Iranians didn’t con them into giving them cash AND a few thousand nukes.

This is incontrovertible evidence of the principle alluded to by the late Jerry Clower, when he said to a liberal tree-hugging, animal rights fanatic who was going nuts over his rattlesnake skin boots, he said to her “ah can see that you are educated way beyond your intelligence!”
And so too, is the esteemed Professor Dershowitz.
And $400 million and Obama, Clinton, and Kerry did not get all of the hostages out! Fail.
And the press crucified Reagan over Iran-Contra, but not a peep about Obama. Go figure.

Dershowitz is a liberal. But what I like is he is not a blind partisan. He doesn’t deny truths to support his “football team”. There are those on both sides guilty of doing that. So I respect dershowitz for acknowleging truth even when it doesn’t help his ‘side’.
It wasn’t his freaking money. It was ours. I don’t remember authorizing a payout to Iran.

Part of me wants to laugh at this, but it really ticks me off every time I see it. This is the face of America. This is the moron who feels more threatened by my AC unit than ISIS.
