Paul Ryan‘s famous words sure are proving to have an impressive shelf life.
Back on Thursday May 5th, the House Speaker appeared on The Lead with Jake Tapper on CNN, just two days after Texas Senator Ted Cruz dropped his own Presidential bid, effectively making Donald Trump the party’s presumptive nominee. When Ryan was asked about formally endorsing Trump at the time, he responded, “I’m just not ready to do that at this point. I’m not there right now.”

I have stopped referring to myself as a “conservative” because most prominent conservatives sure don’t profess the ideals that I do.
If Trump goes down, he’s taking the GOPe with him.

I’m sure that Rove just thinks he’s parodying Trump and has forgotten that Trump was just quoting what Ryan had said when he was first asked about his endorsement.
In four days I hope Ryan is shoved out of the Congress!
Rove should be eliminated from public life at the same time.
If Trump wins we can rid ourselves of the Rove, Bush and Romney wing of the party. They can forever be relegated to history and never to be heard from again!

Actually, this cycle’s Republican Platform is the most conservative in the Party’s history. Which is another reason why the GOPe doesn’t support it.
Fox radio reporting that Trump will endorse Ryan tonight in Green Bay. I hope that isn’t true.
If Karl Rove really wants to “get there” then he needs to start reading Free Republic.

The GOPE's updated definition of what it means to be a "conservative"is that it is far more important that a non-"professional politician" be prevented from being elected than it is to protect and defend the Constitution.
Their failure to protect the Constitution -- and the only way we have to do so this year is by electing Donald Trump -- conflicts directly with their proclamations that they are "conservative".
Old style politics which will be permanently flushed down the $hitter once Trump is elected.
So Karl’s really a democrat. We knew that. Now everyone does. Bushes, too.
In the world populated by grownups with a measurable IQ, you have two choices: Hillary or Trump, no in-between, nothing else. By your action or your inaction you WILL be supporting one of them. If you support Hillary (passively or actively), you support the destruction of the country.
He should also say that he expects to work closely with the speaker of the house when he is President, and will need that person to be someone who can work on supporting the agenda the American people support, not the agenda of the globalists.
