You don't need a smart phone to get texts. Even my old flip phone with just a number pad was technically able to send and receive texts. It was just too unpleasant to actually try use that feature. And my slider phone actually makes texting more pleasant than it is on a smart phone.

This is on purpose. The goal again is to attack white people. This will freak many out and no doubt cause some to get so worked up they die from their current medical conditions.
