Remember what we have stated about “tremors” and “twitches” that get overlooked by most media?  Yeah, well…

update-1UPDATE 11:30pm EDT Race Called !  Huelskamp Lost

tim huelskamp 5

(((snicker))) A July 15th Poll Release: showed U.S. Rep. Tim Huelskamp (+9) leading Republican primary challenger Roger Marshall, 47 percent to 38 percent.

However, one of Toxic Ted Cruz’s biggest republican advocates, Tim Huelskamp (Kansas), looks like he is about to lose lost his re-election bid with a primary challenge from Roger Marshall.

Tim Huelskamp is a rabid, VERY RABID, Trump hater.  He was one of the inner network republican house rep #NeverTrump antagonists, and a full-throated Ted Cruz supporter. A really nasty piece of work. – SEE HERE

Representative Huelskamp even advertised and promoted his hatred for republican presidential candidate Donald Trump.  A primary defeat tonight would portend some favorability toward the odds of a Paul Nehlen victory next week (Tuesday August 9th)....

Ah, I missed that. The only thing that really demoralizes me is seeing just how easily manipulated people are by the media, the recent Kahn thing for example.

But I’ve only about an hour remaining before I go walk my beloved girl dog and then go kill myself rollerblading, so he won’t be able to burn too much of my time.

Read my prior post. Huelskamp undermined Trump. If you think about that for a few minutes, you’ll see, as the voters did, who benefited from Huelskamp’s neverTrump efforts.

Sounds good! I hope you enjoy the walk, and survive the rollerblading.

I’ll make this easy for you. Say there are two candidates in a race, A, and B. A third party joins a movement known as neverA, whose goal is to defeat A.

Now which candidate benefits from the third party’s neverA efforts, A, or B?

Voters took note, and took action. Otherwise, Huelskamp would have lost iin ‘14. It’s all painfully obvious.
********************************************

Nope, what is painfully obvious, is the the Trump supporters teamed up with the GOPe and ousted a true conservative.
I see a lot of the Trump supporters that are happy to throw out the most conservative members of congress because they didn’t jump on the Trump train.
They are being used by the GOPe and don’t even seem to know it. They will use you when they can, and crush you when they can’t. Don’t expect the same result with Ryan.

This is not going to end well for any of us. Most of us don’t have a problem destroying the Republican party, if we replaced it with something better. This is not better, this is going backwards.

Hitching ones wagon to Ted Cruz was not a conservative move.

No, I’ll make this easy for you, pal. Produce the links showing Huelskamp has endorsed Hillary Clinton and/or is actively working on her campaign.

Put up or shut up.

You’ve got it 100% right. Note all those crowing about the defeat of Huelskamp are deadly silent when confronted with the fact that the victor, Marshall, is a left-winger and RINO Establishment puppet. They won’t, they absolutely refuse to acknowledge it. Hypocrites and phonies, all.

The voters are not as stupid as some would like them to be. Most—at least most conservatives—see the peril the country faces. Eight years of Obama has all but finished us off. If we lose this election, we’re done. Wide open borders, mass amnesty, islamization, and a radical leftist SC for the next ~30 years will destroy any resemblance to the USA of the past; all that will be gone forever.

In light of this FACT, conservatives watched the neverTrumper movement with shock and fury. The neverTrumpers were willing to sacrifice the entire country forever simply because they’d have preferred to see Trump lose. It’s almost more than a normal, rational conservative can process.

Now some of the neverTrumpers must face the voters at the polls. Is it any wonder the voters want them gone?

What I’ve said from the beginning is that Huelskamp’s neverTrump efforts benefited Hillary. That is true, and the voters didn’t appreciate it.

*****************************************

I’m not going to re-fight the primary. Trump won, he is our nominee. I moved on. You might want to do the same.

However, I am also not going to cheer the ousting of the solid conservative members of congress, just because they didn’t worship Trump from the beginning. I worked too hard to get these people elected.
Sure, there have been some disappointments, but we also elected a lot of reliable conservatives.

It has nothing to do with not worshipping Trump from the beginning. The problem arose after Trump won more than enough delegates to secure the nomination. At that point the neverTrump movement could only serve to undermine the GOP nominee, which in turn benefited Hillary.

That’s the problem, and the voters are well aware of it.

This is the nasty part about parties that George Washington warned about long ago. FR happens to be the perfect venue for this animal behavior.

Please, don’t fool yourself. The GOPe machine wanted him out, so they could replace him with another RINO. They got the Trump supporters to go along for the ride.
He might have survived against one of those groups, but not both.

I am not here to “demoralize conservatives.” That is Fantasywriter’s personal theory but Fanasywriter is simply wrong.

So you believe the neverTrump effort, as practiced SUBSEQUENT to Trump’s winning well more than enough delegates to secure the nomination, actually helped Trump and hurt Hillary?

Barack Obama wants amnesty for illegal aliens. Has that happened?
Barack Obama wants to repeal the 2nd Amendment. Has that happened?
Barack Obama wants abortion on demand. Has that happened?
Barack Obama want to expand Obamacare. Has that happened?
Barack Obama wants to spend new, additional tens of billions fighting global warming. Has that happened?
Barack Obama wants reparations for slavery and expanded affirmative action programs. Has that happened?
Barack Obama wants to close Guantanamo Bay. Has that happened?
Barack Obama wants the Trans Pacific Partnership. Has that happened?
Barack Obama wants Merrick Garland on the Supreme Court. Has that happened?
Obama wants the states to be forced to implement the leftist Common Core education curriculum. Has that happened?
On and on I could go but I’m sure you get the point.
The individual votes of members of Congress on issues of great concern to the American people make the difference.
