Public health isn’t covered in the Constitution. But, guns are! So, if you Public Health people don’t want to use your health system, you might want to rethink your view!

Why do we need to study gin crime from a public health perspective??
I suspect that gunshot victims experience a severe health problem; problems even surviving and living to tell about it.
Do we need a multi million dollar study to understand that?

Yet, Democrats not only see nothing wrong with murdering infants, they even celebrate it. God, what a despicable group.

Democrats Warn: Your Gun Is a Public Health Threat You better believe it is. It is very much a threat to Democrats who think they are going to dictate to us.

Better warning.
Effing Democratics are a threat to your guns.
Actually, a threat to too many things IMO. Life, Liberty, the pursuit of Happiness, Independence, Justice, Rule of Law, common sense, Truth, Sanctity of Marriage, true charity, Patriotism, History, Fiscal Discipline. A few I've forgotten I'm sure. The biggest overt threat they display, next to Muslims, is toward faith in my Savior, Lord Jesus Christ.

Turning it into a public health issue wanders down some interesting pathways. On the upside, the statistics clearly indicate that there is NO "epidemic" of anything. On the downside, jiggering those statistics to give the answer the prohibitionists want allows them to take advantage of some surprisingly harsh powers of government with regard to epidemic disease: quarantine, loss of privacy, confinement without due process, ability to be "searched" without a warrant, and a host of others that would be clearly unconstitutional under other than public health emergency standards, including limiting or prohibiting liability exposure to agencies charged with remediating the emergency. See
HERE for more information on the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness (PREP) Act
How far this sort of thing may be pursued in contravention of the Bill of Rights is a matter for the Supreme Court, which is why the notion of a Clinton administration with three or four SC nominations in hand is so alarming.

Okay, for further gun studies I suggest they look at Chicago, Detroit, DC, Philly, St. Louis, et al. Of course they won't because it doesn't fit into the narrative of "God, guns, and gays" for white ownership as the b*tch Pelosi claims.
As many before me, I would like to also thank Obambi for being the biggest gun salesman in the last decade. Thank you Hussein for the increase in sales, especially among women. If you totalitarians EVER think you will take our self-defense weapons and ammo away (forget hunting and target shooting), you are all living in your stupid unworkable utopian dream.
As for California, they can pass all the anti-2nd Amendment laws they like. I know for a fact that there thousands and thousands of original semi-auto rifles that still exist even after the stupid bullet-button requirement. In January 2017, the marxist legislature is making those also illegal.
Good luck with that Jerry Brown and your commie followers. They'll still be tucked away and you don't have the house to house resources to come looking. As for ammo, really? You idiots think that your silly laws will stop the importation from Arizona or Nevada? All you're doing is creating a black market. You got over such with marijuana, but can't see what's going to happen with guns/ammo from unintended consequences?

If guns are a medical issue, shouldn’t unlimited firearms and ammo be covered under Obamacare? Weapons in the right hands save a whole lot more lives than abortion and “sex change” surgery ever will.
Note: I don’t actually want FedGov involved in any way with my firearms pursuits, but I thought this was still a fun point.
