“[E]ffective gun prevention” is unconstitutional.
There’s no delegated power for ANY federal gun laws, they are all unlawful, ... save perhaps requiring all men eligible to serve in the Militia to own Arms suitable for service if called up and to be proficient in their use ... but that is the utter opposite of what so-called “progressives” want.
