A federal appeals court, comprised of three Democratic appointees, ruled Friday that recent changes to North Carolina’s voting law by the state’s Republican-controlled government violated the U.S. Constitution and the Voting Rights Act.
The opinion of the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals was a victory for civil rights groups who argued that the voter ID law ushered in from Republican lawmakers sought to suppress state’s black and Latino vote. North Carolina’s law had required voters to show identification at the polls, a measure that was “passed with racially discriminatory intent,” the panel’s opinion read.

How can a law which treats everyone equally, in this case, requiring all voters to show ID, be discriminatory???
These liberal judges throw around “discrimination” way too much, in tossing out laws they don’t like.
Which gets back to the issues of judges and the Supreme Court.
If Hillary wins this election, welcome to the United Socialist States of America, and a nation in which the courts will always rule as a super legislature.
So any place that requires a photo ID is racist. All requirements for photo ID’s must be eliminated.
By their logic, requiring photo IDs at the DNC was discriminatory!

Voting in any NAACP election requires showing ID.
Dead people and illegal aliens cant vote and you can’t vote more than once.

I totally agree.
Perhaps it is time for the governor of the state to simply issue an emergency order for the peace and dignity of the state, but do it the day of the election. That might be a good 10th amendment issue for the people to chew on.

These people want photo ID for legal firearms purchases but object to presenting such a thing for voting. What is “Dumbocrat Logic” for $400, Alex?
so then NO one in North Carolina should have to show ID to buy beer, alcohol, or behind the counter cold medicine EVER again.
