“Love trumps hate,” came the cheers from the crowd, only days after Donald Trump’s Republican convention echoed with chants of “Lock her up!”
But as the 102-day general election starts, the reality is that both parties, saddled with two of the most unpopular presidential nominees ever, are bracing for one of the ugliest and most divisive races in modern history. And with Trump’s penchant for the unpredictable, a contest that has already stretched the boundaries of traditional American political discourse is unlikely to become more civil.

On the face of it she can’t beat Trump on the issues, so the Dems will pull out all stops to STEAL and/or BUY this one.

A whole different sort of “free love” if she meant, as would probably be logical, that churches should be mediating such things. Could it be time to listen to an old suffragette if so. The government has proven utterly incompetent here. How could churches, even our most lefty ones, do worse. (I know, by pulling Islam into that fold. There has to be a fly in that ointment.)
Yes, make them use the qualifier “first woman president for a MAJOR PARTY” every time. It’s not as historical and more cumbersome that way.
We can’t let them control the narrative any longer.
In keeping with that theme I have a story to relate. I work in a smallish gov't run facility. Being such, most political talk is frowned upon. We are staffed with a pretty equal split of male/female personnel including our token dyke that married her girlfriend earlier this year.
Anyway, there was a little light banter on the workroom floor this morning about the absurdity of PIAPS virginal white ensemble. At one point a guy tried to corner one of the girls chuckling by asking her "what does it matter what she wears, all you women are going to vote for her anyway". My female coworker piped right up. "There is no way I could vote for that woman, even if she was the only person running. No crooks allowed".
Well, let me tell you the whole floor erupted with cheers and you go girls from every guy in the place. It warmed my heart so. Have a great day, from NY!

Issues won’t matter. It’s all lies to them.
At the convention, they pretended that God matters to them. Which god I am not sure.
They supported police and the thugs that want to kill them. They supported Israel and the thugs that want to kill them. Free college, etc. Yes to everything. They even did something as shocking as wave the American flag. It was all a scam. As soon as they get the votes, it’s back to business as usual.
Be Positive and get his message out; Stand Strong up against a money machine that has been going on for years; stop listening to the Media, they are on her side, not Trumps, so we have to be his Media;
Keep the faith people, he hasn't come this far, and remember as he was walking alone and building his supporters, he now has a partner to help him, so all Trump supporters need to support both Trump and Pence...
We have enough information on the Clintons, we just need to use it and don't be afraid to use old Barky either, he is just as bad if not worse than Clinton is...
And DONATE to this site, without this site, we cannot get our information out...we worked hard to get Trump where he is now and we can work just as hard to get him and Pence into the White House...DONATE people!!!

We’ve lost “politely” to Obama the last two elections ..... I’m ready to win with Trump, even if it’s an ugly win requiring political “brass knuckles” or worse. Hilly is ugly winning or losing so we know how that side is going to play in the election sandbox and if she’s elected, the country simply will not survive as founded.
They are going to go after Melania lying about her degree. Apparently, that info has been taken down now
Last night they were modifying “first female” with “Of a major party”.
Those give me that folks will most likely STAY HOME.
The greater concern is VOTER FRAUD.
I had a running commentary on my facebook page about Hillary’s speech last night. A Hillary supporter friend this morning asked why I was being nasty and couldn’t we all be civil. I asked her why should we be nice when Trump and his supporters have been called racist, sexist, stupid, etc.
I told her I would follow the lead of the DNC and their supporters. I’m tired of being lectured to by a bunch of hypocrites.
And the “Anita Hill” October Surprise.
Bill O’Reilly had it exactly right in his “Talking Points” last night. He said the narrative will be that the Democrats are the party of “Love” and “Compassion”, while the Republicans will be portrayed as the party of “Hate” and “Fear Mongering.” I don’t think the voters will see it that way.
The choice is clear.
Elect Trump and retain the rule of law and keep our country.
Elect Hillary and abandon the rule of law and surrender the country to fraudulently documented foreigners.
Have they imported enough of them to steal our country from us?
I could tell you some stories, but my BP will start going up - literally. I’ve pretty much cut off anybody who is a Lib/Dem/Prog & for those in the family (not many - we’re pretty conservative), we avoid talking about politics, for the most part.
One thing, in my older age, I’ve become fairly ruthless about is not putting up with people, family or otherwise, who suck the joy out of my life. Life is too short for that so I don’t associate with anybody who is a Liberal of any stripe. I’m polite, but I don’t associate other than hello/goodbye. I am on Facebook, but all 17 of my “friends” are family & the two that are Bernie/Hillary types, I don’t follow so I don’t see their cr@p & I’ll unfriend if I have to.
If Trump doesn’t win, I’m not quite sure how I’ll be able to stand what will be going on in this country.
