Thursday on MSNBC's "Andrea Mitchell Report", Sen. Claire McCaskill (D-MO) said she did not believe Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump when he said his comments urging Russia to hack into Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton's email were "sarcastic" and she believed he violated the Logan Act and should be "investigated for that".

Democrats have never been big on Free Speech.
She came from Planet Claire.
Can we get some clarity please?
This is because the GOP has protected Obama,
armed al Qaeda, and lied to the voters.
This ONLY has happened because of the criminals
Boehner, McConnell, Ryan and Issa who covered up
every crime imaginable with Cummings.
“Is it a crime to hack illegal e-mails?”
No, as long you don’t no it’s against the law
Well I think the FBI should be on top of this then. Come on Comey you gutless pr¿¢£.
“The only way he violated the Logan Act is if Hillary’s missing 30,000 emails contained classified information.”
Not even then.
Trump isn’t urging the Russians to hack into Clinton’s e-email.
They already did so according to US belief.
Trump is urging the release of hacked e-mails, which should not be done. The problem of Clinton’s negligence and arrogance should not be enlarged.
Hillary is such a major criminal they have to attempt to bring Trump down to be a criminal. Lowest common denominator strategy - everyone does it rationale.
Nice advice from the tax dodger ...puke.
Good grief what a no holds barred, flaming idiot....... Do tell us Claire, exactly what law did Trump break you documented fool?????? That you had a husband and spawned children only goes to show that we are a merciful people; ISIS would burn your offspring just for being every bit as much of a moron as you are Claire......
Looks like the spot on Hellery’s tongue disappeared. LOL
OK Dummy - go for it! Investigate if the Russians stole secret info off Hillary’s private server!
“The Logan Act has remained almost unchanged and unused since its passage. The act is short and reads as follows:
‘Any citizen of the United States, wherever he may be, who, without authority of the United States, directly or indirectly commences or carries on any correspondence or intercourse with any foreign government or any officer or agent thereof, with intent to influence the measures or conduct of any foreign government or of any officer or agent thereof, in relation to any disputes or controversies with the United States, or to defeat the measures of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.
This section shall not abridge the right of a citizen to apply, himself or his agent, to any foreign government or the agents thereof for redress of any injury which he may have sustained from such government or any of its agents or subjects.’

Hillary is a mere private citizen, no longer part of the US Government.
Me: What hack comments?
Dem Sen McCaskill: About Russia hacking Hillary's emails!
Me: What emails?
Dem Sen McCaskill: The personal emails Hillary deleted.
Me: What's wrong with that?
Dem Sen McCaskill: It's a national security issue.
Me: Hillary's personal emails are a security issue?
Dem Sen McCaskill: {crickets}
Me: How do you hack emails that were deleted?
Dem Sen McCaskill: {crickets}
Me: Hasn't that server been destroyed?
Dem Sen McCaskill: {crickets}
Me: If Russia does have them and they release them because Trump asked them to aren't they just returning U.S. Gov. property?
Dem Sen McCaskill: {crickets}
LMAO!
Now that was good :D
If Rotten’s emails are all personal, how can that be treasonous? Stupid b*tch is admitting she deleted classified material. So sad but the rats don’t care.
