Yeah, that jumped out at me too. According to the Census Bureau Muslims make up 0.9% of Americans. We lost around 6350 service men in Iraq and Afghanistan between 2002 and 2011, the ten year period after 9/11. So multiply 6350 by .009 and you end up with 57.

If Muslims had been represented by proportion in our military and their service had been reflected with the same proportion of combat deaths, then I would assume 50 to 60 Muslims would have died serving in the military during that timeframe. But it appears that it is about a quarter of what would be expected.

Way to advertise that, DNC!

I still don’t think the media understands Trump’s appeal...and they are still grading convention speeches in a traditional way. Its like they didn’t even notice how the primaries went.

I hope that continues through to Nov 9 - then I can see that Trump just may be able to pull this off. My concern is there are not enough of us left for Trump to beat out Klintoon, Barky, Lynch, Freebies, DBMSM, and the Judicial system.

I think the debates will be key - in particular the first debate.

Long story short: Whenever Trump gets a large tv audience, his numbers go up, and the reverse is true for HRC. This dynamic should be amplified when they are side by side.
