Donald Trump says all kinds of crazy things on the campaign trail. But this one could open him up to prosecutionif the Department of Justice was really willing to go there.
Did Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump just call for a felony to be committed? On Wednesday, he urged a foreign government to hack an American citizen and release personal emails.
"Russia, if you're listening, I hope youre able to find the 30,000 emails that are missing" from emails that Hillary Clinton turned over to the State Department, Trump said in a lengthy press conference in Doral, Fla. "I think you will probably be rewarded mightily by our press. Let's see if that happens. That will be next. Yes, sir."
Trump himself has had financial interests in Russia. He has also praised Russian President Vladimir Putin and has said that if Russia were to invade NATO members, the United States might not come to their defense.

The only reason I’m not laughing
is
If we lose this election a felony will become anything the occupant of the White House wants it to be.
It’s kind of funny when they try to fight back, too
“He’s a charlatan!”
“Bankruptcies!”
“Plagiarism!”
Every lame attempt just bounces off of him like Superman.
You would have think they would have learned when the GOPe candidates tried all the same stuff and failed.
Me: What emails?
Nancy A. Youssef, Tim Mak and Shane Harris: The personal emails Hillary deleted.
Me: What's wrong with that?
Nancy A. Youssef, Tim Mak and Shane Harris: It's a national security issue.
Me: Hillary's personal emails are a security issue?
Nancy A. Youssef, Tim Mak and Shane Harris: {crickets}
Me: How do you hack emails that were deleted?
Nancy A. Youssef, Tim Mak and Shane Harris: {crickets}
Me: Hasn't that server been destroyed?
Nancy A. Youssef, Tim Mak and Shane Harris: {crickets}
Me: If Russia does have them and they release them because Trump asked them to aren't they just returning U.S. Gov. property?
Nancy A. Youssef, Tim Mak and Shane Harris: {crickets}
Hillary has uranium interests in Russia, as it happens.
Comey, who’s apparently now wasting his time and resources on this fake Russian email hack, must regret not throwing the book at her two weeks ago.
He denies it, but they don't believe him and are saying he is hiding the information by refusing to release his tax returns. The MSM includes (formerly) conservative pundit (and now Trump hater) George Will.
Now I’m confused these emails were subpoenaed and Hillary says they don’t exist that they were deleted
so how can you solicit someone to steal something in Hillary’s possession that she says no longer exists ?
“I think you are overly concerned here...”
I am not concerned about anything.
I watch the media to see what their strategies are, how they evolve and change.
so how can you solicit someone to steal something in Hillarys possession that she says no longer exists ?

Because they were about Chelsea’s wedding and yoga!!! But they were guarded by the secret service!! And she wiped it with a cloth!! Or or something!!
Uh uh uh ...
(dem loser’s head explodes)
After Rush got over laughing about the emails, he got on to Slick's performance last night. He mentioned but didn't follow up (didn't need to) what Bill said was his fondest memory of Hillary - Her bending over on her hands and knees while putting contact paper in Chelsea's dresser at college at Stanford. Just the image of that in one's mind shows where Bill's focus is. Yuk!
Comey says if you don’t know it’s a crime you can’t be charged
Actually, he was citing a LAW that committed the US to partnership with the Russkies on “criminal matters.”
It’s all nonsense.
The media coordinates in determining what narrative they will put forth.
They throw things they think will stick. They seem to think this is sticky.
The funny thing is they are squealing about Trump saying Russia should come up with the missing e-mails when they first said the Russians should come up with Trump’s tax returns.
Could Seth Rich have had any knowledge of the leaks?
Seems to me that sentence could open the daily beast to civil litigation.
A prosecution would involve “discovery”...bring it on!
