Obama is responding to the argument that they’ve been in power for 8 years and the country having problems as just as that we have more work we need to do.

He’s talking about the right of all people (except the unborn).

Now he is saying that what we heard in Cleveland wasn’t “conservative” but pessimistic. It’s funny, when we had “conservatives” like McCain and Romney, he used the same argument about pessimism.

Most plaintiffs that have valid claims, good suits, they go through the wringer and come out the other end wishing they'd never set foot in a courthouse, the place of evil spirits. Still, there really are some valid claims, and there are plenty of torts being committed. But the grease that keeps the system running is shakedown.

Obama saying he surprised her by asking her to be Secretary of State. I recall us saying on here that Hillary hoodwinked him into it by saying that she was offered it, in effect forcing him to offer it.
