No one becomes the caliph unless the muslim brotherhood says so. The muslim brotherhood is and has been in Turkey.

Sunni Islam sees Bashar al-Assad as the precursor of the Mahdi , they believe if they take him down the Mahdi will appear. Shia Islam believes that Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi is the precursor to the Mahdi and if he is killed off the Mahdi will appear.

It matters not that those nukes in Turkey belong to us or the Turks . It only matters who is guarding them , gives those orders to guard them and that the Turks never get their hands on them .
