They apologized only after getting caught; and they claim that the language used was unacceptable and would not be tolerated. But except for DWS, who didn't write any of the emails, no one has been fired or resigned.
More than anyone, Democrats know about fake apologies. They know when they make them, and they know when they are given them. Bernie's people know this one is fake.
