I remember in 2004 Kerry got NO convention bounce. Most likely because he had crested and his Swift Boat lies were coming out.

The Libertarian Party and its candidates are a joke, but the libertarian philosophy is at the heart of the constitution - limiting the government’s power so majorities can’t force minorities to comply.

Before you dismiss the concept of libertarianism, get in conversations with some “Small L” libertarians about why they think pot or homosexuality should be legal. True, some self proclaimed Libertarians (especially those who are a member of the Libertarian Party) are really Libs like you said and they just want to smoke pot and tear down the social norms of our western culture.

But real “small L” libertarianism is about limiting government and enforcing of the Constitution. If we are really small government conservatives, we can’t invoke the federal government every time we see some behavior or s religion we don’t like. It’s hypocritical.

Now, that doesn’t mean we have to accept something harmful. Muslim religion should not be tolerated if it includes abiding by Sharia law, because Sharia law does not tolerate other faiths and cultures, and is therefore itself unconstitutional.

IMHO

Many of those college “educated” ain’t so educated, they probably went to the same school as Bobby Rydell...https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8hRulR1zPD0

The “no college” group may in many cases have a more realistic view of what is really going on.

“...once Trump reaches people, they stay with him...”

Good point, I agree with you. I thought Donald was crazy when he first started talking about running but now I am totally in his camp, he can count on my vote. I think the big factor is that, regardless of whether you think he is as great as he seems to think he is, he at least seems REAL! The first one since Reagan who seems to tell it as he sees it with a, “let the chips fall where they may” attitude. I would like to see more relaxed humor from him, on the order of Reagan’s comment about not taking advantage of his opponent’s youth and inexperience. Even Mondale thought it was funny, my best memory of Fritz is his laughing at that comment.

It's NOT close.

The media isdoing everything in there power to influence voters in a LIBERAL direction.

In reality I would estimate Trump is really up by 10 to 15 points.

It used to surprise me that lefties had no clue who George Soros was when I would talk to them about things like the BLM. Not anymore. The Left are really that clueless, gullible and naive. I remember when the liberals were the ones who didn't trust the government. Now they're humping it's leg.
