KimDotCom Suggests He Will Drop 'Smoking Gun' on Hillary October 26 (vanity)
VANITY ^

Posted on 07/25/2016 2:42:41 AM PDT by TigerClaws

Not a news story yet so I'm posting as a vanity. Link above is to Twitter feed.

Here's the summary:

1. What if HC email server was hacked? What if all deleted HC emails are released on October 26th? Happy Birthday?

This is a post on his extradition:

http://www.techfirm.com/professor-less

The @Wikileaks nuke to end @HillaryClinton is yet to come. @realDonaldTrump might fall in love with Internet freedom & transparency :) #Huge

2. Who is this guy? He claims to have her 'deleted emails' from her server and be on a personal vendetta.

Kim Dotcom had his house in New Zealand raided on his birthday in January 2012. $40+ million in assets seized. Been facing extradition to US for 4 years now.

All for some alleged DMCA violations for his Mega Upload website.

3. He says the cartoon on wiki (the cash for bombs email) is a hint at the 'smoking gun' that will lead to Hillary's indictment.

He certainly seems to know about the leak, what's to come, and have a motive for going after Hillary.

He did post this:

Just to be clear. I have nothing to do with hacking of DNC, Clinton Foundation, Clinton financial data or Clinton private email servers.

The Wikileaks emails are revealing of collusion, corruption, mendacity, etc. but they also reveal that legacy politicians and legacy media seem to believe that they are still the center of the communications universe. Yes, they’ve let Politico and a few other outlets into their little power circle but for the most part they pretend the rest of the Internet doesn’t exist. Is this ignorance? Wishful thinking? The knowledge that one story planted will be picked up by broadcasters and local rags automatically?

My point is that the Clintons/DNC are living in a 1992 fool’s paradise if they think getting the 3 networks, the NYT and the Wash Post to dummy up on a story is an achievement. These abusers of the First Amendment were in the bag all along.

There is a vast difference between refusing to talk about your emails, denying their content, etc. and having the public gain direct, unfiltered access to your unguarded thoughts. Donna Brazile is one of the most odious human beings (?) walking the planet but she seems to grasp the challenge here: this is not 24 lines in a speech or a so-called controversial remark, this is 20,000 potential mines in a very tight field with 30,000 even more explosive mines to be added at a crucial moment ie Hillary’s own ‘deleted’ emails (how ignorant her team truly are).

The usual ‘I love the blacks/gays/Latinos/lefthanded’ pandering will become even more of a dial tone if everyone else is talking about the juicy details that have already seen the DNC chair bounced within days of the convention.

Violent street protests make nice photos but having their cynical enterprise revealed in full is what will derail the Dem campaign.

Hillary will be so far behind by October 26 that it won’t matter.

From Wikipedia....

Kim Dotcom (born Kim Schmitz;[8] 21 January 1974), also known as Kimble[9] and Kim Tim Jim Vestor,[10] is a German-Finnish Internet entrepreneur, businessman, musician, and political party founder who resides in New Zealand.[11] He first rose to fame in Germany in the 1990s as a self-proclaimed teenage internet entrepreneur. In 1994 he received a two-year suspended sentence for computer fraud and data espionage because he was underage, and received a similar sentence in 2003 for insider trading and embezzlement.[12]
Dotcom was the founder of now-defunct file hosting service Megaupload[12][13] but has subsequently been accused of criminal copyright infringement and a host of other charges, such as money laundering, racketeering and wire fraud, by the U.S. Department of Justice.[14] In January 2012, the New Zealand Police raided his home in Auckland and placed him in custody in response to the US charges. Dotcom was accused of costing the entertainment industry $500 million through unlicensed content uploaded to Megaupload which had 150 million registered users.[15] Dotcom has denied the charges, and is currently fighting attempts to extradite him to the United States.[16]

Problem with early voting; October 26th would be too late.

[Hillary will be so far behind by October 26...]

That’s right, the pollsters are calling this a very tight race now but, as usual, they are fudging the numbers until they have to come out with the actual numbers in order to keep their reputations as ‘unbiased’ organizations.

Maybe but on the other hand, if it goes out too early it becomes ‘old news’ that sits around long enough that it loses impact, the target has a chance to work around it etc....

As they say, timing is everything and there no doubt is a sweet spot...

I’ve seen interviews with the guy. He’s not an idiot or crazy guy. If he says something...it’s usually the truth. The question would be....did he actually say this?

He has tons of “fans” who are geeks and consumed with plotting against something. It wouldn’t surprise me if several of them got into her system and captured every single email.

He better have a deadman switch that will release the stuff on 10/26 (or earlier if he doesn’t manually stop it each day) just in case some terrible mishap should befall him.

My brother knows an FBI guy who said there was “more to come” on Hillary in a few weeks. Could be the Clinton Crime Syndicate.

I suppose Obama could pardon her his last day in office.
_______________________________________________________

Pardon her? For what? She hasn't been indited. I am supposing that the only she wasn't indited was so that Trump could indite her without the risk of Obama giving her a pardon. If there is no crime then there can be no pardon. You can't sell indulgences here. You have to have something to pardon before you can issue a pardon. The FBI director may have done something very wise.

BS... seen it all before, multiple times... sometime in the future, someone has something damning on the Clintons and it will be the silver bullet that will knock them down... then.... NOTHING. If he had something, he would release it right away.

Don't wait for it, don't depend on it, it's not going to happen. Don't depend on magic, just fight the good fight.

Nixon was pardoned by Ford for all crimes he committed or might have committed from Jan 20, 1969 through Aug 9, 1974. Nixon wasn’t indicted.

Has there been anything further from The Insider?

Would be nice if he posted once in a while to let us know he is still around.

Ford pardoned Nixon, right?

Obama could do the same.

The rumor is it is SAPs. Above top secret. Sold by Hillary to foreign actors for $ (directly or through the slush fund Foundation). Basically, treason.

“By the President of the United States of America a Proclamation

Richard Nixon became the thirty-seventh President of the United States on January 20, 1969 and was reelected in 1972 for a second term by the electors of forty-nine of the fifty states. His term in office continued until his resignation on August 9, 1974.

Pursuant to resolutions of the House of Representatives, its Committee on the Judiciary conducted an inquiry and investigation on the impeachment of the President extending over more than eight months. The hearings of the Committee and its deliberations, which received wide national publicity over television, radio, and in printed media, resulted in votes adverse to Richard Nixon on recommended Articles of Impeachment.

As a result of certain acts or omissions occurring before his resignation from the Office of President, Richard Nixon has become liable to possible indictment and trial for offenses against the United States. Whether or not he shall be so prosecuted depends on findings of the appropriate grand jury and on the discretion of the authorized prosecutor. Should an indictment ensue, the accused shall then be entitled to a fair trial by an impartial jury, as guaranteed to every individual by the Constitution.
It is believed that a trial of Richard Nixon, if it became necessary, could not fairly begin until a year or more has elapsed. In the meantime, the tranquility to which this nation has been restored by the events of recent weeks could be irreparably lost by the prospects of bringing to trial a former President of the United States. The prospects of such trial will cause prolonged and divisive debate over the propriety of exposing to further punishment and degradation a man who has already paid the unprecedented penalty of relinquishing the highest elective office of the United States.

Now, THEREFORE, I, GERALD R. FORD, President of the United States, pursuant to the pardon power conferred upon me by Article II, Section 2, of the Constitution, have granted and by these presents do grant a full, free, and absolute pardon unto Richard Nixon for all offenses against the United States which he, Richard Nixon, has committed or may have committed or taken part in during the period from January 20, 1969 through August 9, 1974.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this eighth day of September, in the year of our Lord nineteen hundred and seventy-four, and of the Independence of the United States of America the one hundred and ninety-ninth.

GERALD R. FORD”

uhhhh....it is not wise to announce ahead of time that one has information that could destroy someone, especially hillary.

JUST DO IT!! Catch her off guard.

Classic military diversion tactic. Everyone makes a big dedication of resources in front while a flanking move wipes out the command structure, artillery and air power.
