If all the emails were dumped at one time, it would be too much for people to absorb before they were quickly pushed down the memory hole and labeled “old news”. We have seen that happen all too often in the past.
The first few dumps are to get attention and to prove their bonafide. That has been done. By the chair person of the DNC resigning, they inadvertently showed that the hacked emails are in fact real. They can not later claim they are fake.
Now it is time to dump damaging emails on a regular basis with each dump worse then the previous. People will begin to anticipate what is next and general interest will grow and it will be impossible for the DNC, Hillary or the MSM to cover it all up.
Is any of this legal or moral? Well as it is being done by the people that supported the exposure of the PENTAGON PAPERS I say it is just Karma.

There is an art to releasing damning information. You don’t just go and spout it off, knowing full well other events are taking place that can replace it in the news.

I have a feel there is a slow drip going on in regards to Hillary. Trump’s speech, Wikileaks and Breitbart all have done a solid job in the past 4 days of keeping the Democrats sitting on pins and needles. They don’t know which direction they are going to get hit from.
