While no one detests the DNC more than I do, I don't think the "taco bowl engagement" phrase is going to amount to anything. The context is a video they are making that attacks Trump, so when they say "taco bowl engagement" I think it's pretty clear they are attacking Trump's use of the taco bowl photo. Anyway, it can probably be cleared up one way or another by finding the video that the DNC was working up at that moment, but the topic doesn't interest me enough to work on it. Here is the email in question if anyone wants to research further:

So far, these leaks seem to be really well timed by those who wish to do real damage to the Rats. They are exposed AFTER they run their mouths and use their knives.
