I watched a Dr. Who episode once of this supposed icon of celebrity who had taken advantage of every scientific advance throughout her long life and in the end became a stretched-out piece of flattened brain and skin hung over a frame that constantly had to have sycophants “moisturize” her.
I’d expect her ‘reign’ would be much like the beginnings of that. This wouldn’t be the first time this country had a crippled husk in charge and the media and politicians hid it. For those interested see “FDR”.
