If this works out for John Kerry as well as it did for Al Gore, then Kerry won’t have to live of his wife’s fortune any longer.
Back in the late 80’s, Senator Al Gore convinced the American people that Freon (CFC) was causing a mysterious hole in the ozone layer over the South Pole and we were all going to die if we didn’t stop using Freon in our air conditioners and refrigerators. The American people went along with it and replaced every air conditioner and refrigerator in the U.S. with those that only used HFC.
Air conditioner manufacturers made fortunes replacing perfectly good air conditioners and refrigerators throughout the U.S. and then throughout most of the world. And, of course, Al Gore’s immense fortune couldn’t possibly have anything to do with this scam.
Now, John Kerry is trying to recreate this scam by telling us the HFCs that replaced the CFCs in air conditioners and refrigerators to prevent the mythical hole in the Ozone Layer is now causing Global Warming and will kill us all if we don’t replace all of our HFC using air conditioners and refrigerators.
Of course, air conditioner and refrigerator manufacturers are eager to once again replace the HFC using items in this country, most of which are now manufactured in China.
Lurch is something else isn’t he?
I don’t know what else to say....... pure idiocy.
Then why do algore and all the hollywood stars live in oversized mansions, requiring much more AC than absolutely needed? They only want us peasants to live without AC, and they have no interest in conserving.

So, in essence, we are being told that ISIS, terrorist acts, Christian beheadings, Hatred of all non-Islam, are normal and acceptable just like refrigerators and air conditioners.
Now I really hate him...
Do you think it is possible that John F. Kerry knows that, during heat waves such that cross our country, as they do NOW, are often DEATH to many of the elderly and those with certain lung ailments.
It was not that long ago when thousands of elderly and infirm died in FRANCE during a terrible heat wave, perishing in homes and apartments that LACKED air-conditioning. It was vacation time and there was a dire lack of EMT people and doctors.
I think Kerry positively does know.
Every time this guy opens his mouth, I think, “He can’t get any more idiotic!”
Then he proves me wrong......
Shut off all the air conditioning in federal buildings then.
Let’s start a national registry for air conditioners.
What astounds me on a regular basis is how political hacks in high-level government positions, such as Kerry, can routinely make the most asinine statements imaginable and yet maintain their credibility with millions of people.
I swear that our air conditioner is saying “Allah Akbar” after it’s been running for about an hour
