Protestant Theologian: ‘Radical Bible Groups’ A Bigger Threat To Teens Than Islamism
Breitbart ^ | July 22, 2016 | Victoria Friedman

Posted on 07/23/2016 9:20:14 AM PDT by Mr. Mojo

A German protestant theologian said that ‘radical’ bible groups are a bigger radicalisation threat to adolescents than Islamists, and downplayed the number of minors who have converted and left Germany to fight for Islamic State. Harald Lamprecht, Christian theologian and sect commissioner for the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Saxony, in an interview with Der Morgenpost claims that “radical bible groups” are more of a risk to the youths of Saxony than Islamism.

During the interview, in which the theologian was asked to advise parents of how to look out for signs of Islamic radicalisation, he told parents “not to panic” and advised them, rather, to be more prepared to keep watch for warning signs of Christian radicalisation:

“As for the threat of Saxon youths, be prepared for radical Bible groups. They are a much bigger problem than Islamists.”

Those who are against Christ have the same spiritually daddy as the Muslims. This is why they may worry more about Christians than those who will blow them up or chop them down.

I think I can fairly say that Christian faith can be very hard to embrace, very hard to carry out at times. The devil is busy trying to pry our spiritual fingers off as best he can.

But to those who persist, God’s love will win.

What the heck is a “radical Bible group?” Certainly not anything like radical Islam.

In the past various European dictators have had a “fling” with islam. Napoleon claimed he wanted his troops in Egypt to become moslems. They balked at circumcision.

Hitler had a thing for moslems and several moslem nations and Iran (formerly Persia) and Iraq both sided with him, along with various moslem groups still in the Balkans. Iraq, during WWII, even had bombers take off from there to bomb the British in Jerusalem.

As a member of a Radical Bible Cult since college, I can tell you he’s right- we ruthlessly helped the elderly and widows by cleaning their yards and homes, savagely fed the poor and indigent, and mercilessly and without pity helped prisoners just out of the pen begin a new life in Christ.

Exactly. The terrorists in San Bernardino and Orlando were born in the United States ... and of course, the Boston Marathon terrorists were "Caucasian" ...

Hitler gained notoriety as being power hungry without caring about the source of the power.

Islam may seem like a world-beater at first, but the problem with it, is that it doesn’t construct anything good in the wake of beating the world. It leaves people in abject spiritual slavery.

It was not for naught of symbolic sense that God arranged for Jesus to be a carpenter. This Man is a Builder.

I’m gonna go out on a limb here, and say that this “theologian” is a university professor. A left-wing, maggot infested, good time, pot smoking, FM type, at that. Just spit-balling here.

This guy doesn’t clarify what he is saying. And I’m not sure he is able to. I think he means to say to watch out for the type of education the youth are getting from a “Bible study.” And that if taught with intent to mislead youth, it can be very damaging to the education of the child and/or their well being. And of course, if you are working for a religious terrorist group, distorting the word of another religion to try to draw away youth with lies, is part of their SOP’s.

But he should be beating a dead horse. If parents aren’t already looking for the type of religious behavior that is safe for the youth and those around them, then the parents are the ones I have to blame, not the kids. It is unfortunate that kids in this status were born to parents that don’t make the commitment.

Any violence by Christians 1000 years ago was only a response to the Islamic invasion of the Middle East, North Africa, and Europe. Defense is essential to protect family and friends, and violent some times.

Radically liberal so-called Christian groups, he may have an argument for.

But they’re not actually Christian; they’re part of the cult of liberalism lying in order to make themselves seem respectable.
