WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange says his next leak will virtually guarantee an indictment of Hillary Clinton.

In a recent interview with ITV, Assange said the whistleblowing website will soon be leaking documents that will provide “enough evidence” for the Department of Justice to indict the presumptive Democratic nominee. WikiLeaks has already published 30,322 emails from Clinton’s private email server, spanning from June 30, 2010 to August 12, 2014. While Assange didn’t specify what exactly was in the emails, he did tell ITV that WikiLeaks had “accumulated a lot of material about Hillary Clinton, which could proceed to an indictment.”

Some of the original emails are deleted, some are correct some are doctored, some are just fake.

. . . documents that will provide "enough evidence" for the Department of Justice to indict the presumptive Democratic nominee.

There's more than enough evidence already. It's not the evidence that counts, but the seriousness of the charges, and since those charges come from "conservatives," they can't be serious. The DOJ has already said quite plainly that Hillary Clinton is above the Law. NOTHING in this current administration will keep her from using the United States Government as a tool for self-aggrandizement.

Most voters alive today were not around when Biden was trashing Justice Clarence Thomas . . .

That was a crystallizing moment for me in forming a profound dislike for liberals and their media. My dislike has only grown stronger over time.

I believe it was disproved that Stevens was gay. He had a long time engagement to a European actress. Their two careers kept them from marrying.

There could be videos of Hillary strangling puppies and there would still be no indictment from this corrupt DOJ and she would still be the darling of the media

The title of that story does not match its content. Inside the article, it quotes Assange as saying an indictment is impossible to happen...
Assange expressed a lack of confidence in the Obama administration’s Justice Department to indict the former Secretary of State.

“[Attorney General Loretta Lynch] is not going to indict Hillary Clinton. It’s not possible that could happen.
But the FBI could push for new concessions from the Clinton government in exchange for its lack of indictment.”

I would agree Lynch won’t indict, but if Clinton isn’t pardoned before Trump takes office, odds are good that Trump does.

The solicitor general’s comments before SCOTUS provides a window into just how much the federal government and indeed the state of New York considers spouses to be one. There are shared legal and financial liabilities and responsibilities.

In both intent (I doubt you could find a single author of nor congressman nor senator nor state assembly member which voted for the 26th who would say that there was an exception for spouses running), and in the state eyes of both New York State and the Federal Government, Bill Clinton can not use his spouse as a surrogate to get around the prohibition of being elected for a third time to the presidency.

When the DNC submits her name to the various secretaries of state, I hope that there are a pile of lawsuits to prevent the fraud that is this violation of the 26th amendment.

There is a lot of good stuff at the wiki leaks e mail release. Here's one on dnc internal talking points. Pretty interesting and now that I think about it I have heard the major leauge drivbys using all of these:

"From:MirandaL@dnc.org To: SeniorStaff@dnc.org Date: 2016-05-04 18:16 Subject: INTERNAL TALKING POINTS ON THE ELECTORAL MAP

Not for distribution, but if we need to talk to anyone about how the map changes with Trump, these are points we can use.

INTERNAL TALKING POINTS ELECTORAL MAP WITH TRUMP

* This presidential election--like all of them in the last 20 years--will be very competitive. We will have to fight hard for every vote.

* We'll be examining this more closely as states move beyond the primaries and some polarizing contests, but we expect the battleground states to look very similar to 2012. Given the results in 2012, this would mean Trump would have to make major inroads into states that President Obama won in both 2008 and 2012 to win.

* Since the last election, demographic changes have made states like Florida and North Carolina even more competitive for Democrats.

* When it comes to partisanship, we're a fairly evenly divided country, but this is likely the first time in a generation where we may have a better opportunity to appeal to more Republicans.

* Biggest threat to Democrats holding the White House is complacency. Every Democrat needs to take Donald Trump at his word that he will do everything he says he will--and Democrats need to turn out for Democrats up and down the ticket.

Never thought about that spouse situation. But I have my doubts the republicans will have the guts to file such law suits. They want to be liked by the MSM. Which seldom happens unless they attack other republicans, even Ted Cruz will be popular now if he keeps the feud going with our nominee.
