Brian Williams On Munich Attack: Rooting For It Not To Be ISIS

Hours after the attack in Munich, Germany, MSNBC’s Brian Williams said it was a strange feeling to root for this attack to not be related to the Islamic State.
“And why does it feel so strange to kind of root for it not being ISIS?” he asked.
Williams then said that he was hoping this attack would break the cycle of IS attacks. This comes after the recent attacks in Istanbul, Turkey, and Nice, France in which multiple innocent people were tragically killed at soft target locations.
IS claimed responsibilities for these.
“To kind of– you know, to break the cycle even though every death is an absolute tragedy and this just means we have deranged people without the affiliation, you know?” Williams said.
Journalist Richard Engel had pointed out that there has been no proof that confirmed that this was IS.
“We don’t know that this was ISIS and it’s possible that it wasn’t,” he said. “The assumption, and it’s a logical assumption based on all the attacks that we’ve seen recently, that it is ISIS, but there are certain things that are very unusual about this.”
Engel cited that there was a small number of casualties, as well as the use of very small weapons and that these do not match typical IS-inspired strikes.
He added that with the small number of deaths, that this could be indicative of the attacker fleeing, which is also not common in ISI attacks.

I call BS! The reason the lefty doesn’t want it to be ISIS is because it makes the statements made by Obama about an hour before look ridiculously out of touch with reality.

Well it kind of looks like it wasn’t exactly ISIS, but still it fell in the category of Allah Akhbar-barianism.
So he gets half a root, I guess. Donald warned about this kind of thing in general; not just ISIS although ISIS is probably the largest single body of it on earth at this time.

Williams seems to assume it would be “better” if attack is not associated with ISIS because then we ... what?..... wouldn’t blame Obama and Hillary more for ISIS?? ... wouldn’t have to talk about radical Islamic terrorism if it turned out not to be jihad related at all???
Brian Williams longs for a “narrative” about this attack which will not be embarrassing to all the politically correct a-holes like him in media and politics. Best of all would be if it turned out to be some kind of “right winger” so that the MSM could tell just the kind of narrative they like.
Too bad, MSM, the guy’s background is IRANIAN. Which is virtually 100% Muslim (90% Shi’a, 10% Sunni). SO it looks like the “narrative” here is going to involve Islam to one degree or another, although the MSM will do their best to make the guy sound like a lone psycho who just woke up one day and decided to kill for no reason at all.
I’m not sure on this one. I don’t think even they think they have a realistic possibility of taking over the world by using a religion that kills those that don’t respond or those that can’t make it happen so they kill others while killing themselves.
Odds are they will run out of muslim suicidals before they kill everyone else. They are currently being out produced by China alone. I think they can birth them faster than the muslims can kill them. It’s just numbers.
So it’s not a matter of if, it becomes a matter of why? And they aren’t smart enough to do the math.
