What Does Hillary Want?
NRO ^ | 22 July 2016 | Kevin D Williamson

Old joke: What do you get for the man who has everything? Penicillin. That would be more apropos if Bill Clinton were running for president again instead of his wife, but the question remains: What does Hillary Rodham Clinton actually want?

The Clintons like money. This is obvious. It seems to me that Bill likes it a little more intensely than Hillary does, being, as he is, a deeply insecure man who has spent his entire life keeping score: Whether it’s his net worth or his approval polls or bedpost-notching, Bill Clinton has always looked to quantify his value as a man. Mrs. Clinton, on the other hand, seems like the kind of woman for whom a few hundred million dollars would be sufficient. She could probably be quite happy on the salary of a big-city school superintendent, provided she never had to fly commercial or see a hotel bill. Whatever it is that gets her out of bed in the morning, it isn’t the prospect of another $12,000 Armani jacket.

There is an aspect of her story that is either literary or psychological, depending on your point of view. Her résumé shows her going from triumph to triumph, but her actual career as a public figure has been a sorrowful tale of relentless humiliation. A former Goldwater girl turned into the most conventional sort of 1970s activist, she discovered political power before she discovered political ideas. The idea she eventually discovered was feminism, which she spent a few decades dabbling in as she rode the coattails of her husband, an old-fashioned, glad-handing, back-slapping Southern Democrat of a familiar sort, a jumped-up ward heeler with a weakness for cigars and interns...

She wants everything for her and her loyalists. She wants to sell everything that she can, real, tangible, or fake. She wants to punish her detractors. She wants to torture and kill the detractors who don’t hang themselves with their hands tied behind their backs. And she wants all the vajay-jay she can dig up.

Has everyone seen this?

Hillary Clinton has seizure / convulsions - tries to play it off by making fun of seizures

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YMHOcmDVBP0

Some comments by viewers in the FR forum regarding the video clip of Hillary.

I work with a guy who has the same thing. His head will bobble like a doll when he has to talk and is stressed. Early Parkinson?s onset according to him.

------------------

That may well be from her head injury days.

------------------

If anything it could be stimulus-sensitive myoclonus. It is triggered by a variety of external events, including noise, movement, and light. Surprise may increase the sensitivity of the individual.

------------------

The reporter obviously was the ?trigger? to Hilly?s head jerking reaction ..... it certainly surprised the reporter who cringed back & looked a bit horrified ... that reaction leads me to think something other than ?joking around? was going on with Hilly, whatever it was/is.

------------------

Wife is a neurologist and definitely thinks it was a seizure. An absence seizure. During these type of spells, patients can have automatisms (such as stereotype head jerking, or picking at things in the air) and brief lapses in awareness.

In an adult, absence seizures may result from brain pathology (such as strokes, head trauma, or tumors).

I was epileptic from a head injury for some years. Of course I did not witness my seizures but I heard about them. Mrs Bill had a seizure, an epileptic seizure. That concussion she had left some after effects. I suspect from her orations of late that she is on Dilantin and probably barbituates of some sort. If so her will power is gone (that seems to be Chief Justice Roberts’ problem also) and is substituted for by handlers. Dilantin does that to you.

No idea. No read on her whatsoever. She’s alien.

It’s almost as though she has Stockholm syndrome and has spent so many years telling herself how she should react to things that she now believes it.

Herself, Madame Benghazi, the Cold & Joyless, has always had daddy issues, and the entire male gender is going to pay and pay and pay for that snub by a man now long dead.

Hugh Elsworth Rodham found modest life success as a producer of specialized fabrics, and as a WWII vet (he served as a petty officer in the Great Lakes Naval Training center, not in actual combat and never far from the Chicago area), he partook of the American Dream, settling in Park Ridge, Illinois, a north suburb of Chicago. But alas, it was not nearly enough for his firstborn, Hillary Diane Rodham. Always a basically misfit person, she kept looking for ways to “break out” of the mold in which she found herself, and at first opportunity, burst out and away from the “Norman Rockwell” hometown in which she had gone through primary and secondary schools.

Whatever occurred in what had to have been some pretty turbulent and troubled years, between Hugh and Hillary, is not now recorded, or if it is, remains a closely guarded secret. Judging from the later explosions in the presence of Slick (who was often the physical target), it had to be pretty traumatic.

But the Oval Office is no place to work out or vent on internal conflicts, and almost certainly, these conflicts have twisted and perverted whatever judgment Herself brought to so many crisis situations in her lifetime.

We have never heard any of the “experts” even attempt to apply the sort of psychoanalysis to Herself they routinely attach to just about each and every Republican candidate for office at many levels.

“She could probably be quite happy on the salary of a big-city school superintendent.”

Absurd, ridiculous and all that, there is no way for her ever to be “happy”. No one that demented can ever know happiness.
