Strip the place to the walls and leave one nuke behind...wired up to enough booby traps to make the Vietcong jealous. Publicly state that one high-value asset had to be left behind and sit back and wait for the fireball.
Don’t bet on either of those two things happening. DoD isn’t doing a thing to make the caliph look bad.
