No way, Jose. Too good of a tourist attraction.

Although, it would be interesting to see how the jailed anti-homo jihadis react to being just out of reach of San Francisco’s gay community. They could gaze across the bay, and their feverish minds would explode knowing what was taking place over there.

Devils Island could be re-opened? A prison colony is a good idea—They used New Orleans long ago—and that worked out good.
