Libertarian presidential candidate Gary Johnson hinted Wednesday that former Republican presidential candidate Jeb Bush might be considering an endorsement.

"I can't say that we haven't had conversations," Johnson said in a Wednesday afternoon conversation on CNN from Cleveland. "But no push on the conversations."

Johnson said he has also had conversations with 2012 GOP nominee Mitt Romney.

When asked who initiated the conversations, Johnson replied, "Not me." When asked if the former Florida governor has called him, Johnson added quickly, "I don't want to — I want to protect the innocent.

Jeb’s endorsement?! I’m thinking that might mean Johnson gets even FEWER votes.

i can tell you as a registered Libertarian since 1986 that he sure gets fewer Libertarian votes.

i don't know what has happened to this $#!T weasel since the campaign of 2012, but this isn't anything Libertarian. Is this guy Gary Johnson or Lyndon B. Johnson?

We expect more out of our candidates, and i am seriously considering voting voting for somebody else this time.

JEB! Spent $100 million and got 0.1% of the Republican Vote.

His graceless and vindictive attacks on Trump since have seen his reputation sink even lower, if such a thing is possible.

The best thing though is that thanks to Jeb, we will never, ever have one of the courrupt, criminal, Globalists who make up the Bush clan ever again

>>CNN is now going to go all-in pushing Gary-the-Stoner-Johnson.

I hope MSNBC and MTV follow them. We need those loyal Bernouts to flock to Johnson.

Wow Johnson will first class regret talking out of school about YeB! and Bishop Dullard. Establishment guys, that’s just not done. Huuuuuge unforced error...

Was Johnson the Libertarian candidate in 2012? If so, about how many popular votes did he get.

Please don’t tell me, “Google is my friend”, because Google is not my friend. I “Binged” it and didn’t find out.

Most libertarian leaning Republicans supported Cruz (after Rand dropped out). A large minority supported Trump.

Since drugs and abortion are Gary’s image. They will not go to Gary. They will go with libertarian Wayne Allyn Root and Rand Paul. Cruz does not have their loyalty. Libertarian leaning Republicans are Republicans because they are more pragmatic than the LP types.

Jeb Bush is a real piece of work, isn’t he.

May he be relegated to obscurity, forever.
