The Americans at Incirlik Airbase are running out of potable water, and are attempting to fly in water. I suspect Erdogan wants them to flee Incirlik and leave the bombs behind.

He wants to kill off all the Christians in the Near East. That means Lebanon and Armenia, and the quickest way to achieve that is by nuclear weapons.
