Tony Schwartz, Donald Trump’s co-author on “The Art of the Deal,” admitted that he regrets writing the 1987 book and that he finds the thought of a Trump presidency “terrifying.”

So why did Schwartz keep his silence for so long?

“We had a successful experience together. I never in a million years thought he would run for president. Had I thought that 30 years ago, I wouldn’t have written the book,” he told George Stephanopoulos on ABC News’ “Good Morning America” today. “But for 29 years, I didn’t think he would, and it didn’t seem like it was important to speak out. I now feel it’s my civic duty.”

I wonder if he feels guilty enough to give his money back and refuse future royalties.

NAAAHHHHHHHHH. A Trump presidency would be a box of chocolate compared to what "O" has been up to!

The “O” ‘Presidencies’? ... Now-THAT’S terrifying!!

If would be terrifying because Trump would bring REAL change to the overly-entrenched political climate in Washington, DC.

Because he’s a freaking lazy assed opportunist-at-heart wanting to make “his own money” and willing to whore himself and ideals out for what now may seem as a boon from the Clinton Family Foundation somehow?

He came in right on time to compare Trump’s lying to Hillary’s.
Actually his lying is worse, don’t you know.

Here’s the real question: Does he believe that anything in the book is false? If not, then who gives a damn about his opinion.

I read the book last summer, shortly after Trump declared. It is his autobiography up to that point, that’s all. Yeah, Trump tooted his own horn a bit - but who has EVER written an autobiography and not been the hero of his/her own story? What Trump DID do, though - LONG before ever seriously considering running for POTUS - was to indicate the exact same contempt for government being able to do anything right as he has over the last 14 or so months, his raw patriotism for this nation, his support of the military, police and veterans of this country, and his care and concern for the average person. NOTHING has changed - he is the same person, just with 30 years more experience.

Again, who cares what Tony Schwartz has to say? He’s just a ghost-writer, someone who likely hasn’t accomplished very much more than writing a few books during the course of his life. No one cares about his politics - and I don’t think that a single person thinking seriously of voting for Trump will care what one guy says. Oh, BTW, I would bet serious money that Trump treated him very well while they were working on the book - that’s the kind of guy that he is.

When asked for a concrete example of why he thinks civilization as we know it would end if Trump becomes President, his says, “Trump has a short attention span.” LOL.

Another deranged leftist.
