This is why I hate Establishment Conservatives. They play the Social Justice Warriors as much as the Left. Trump attack individuals, not GROUPS.

I don't know if he regrets the way he has talked about women.

What regrets should Donald Trump have in this regard, Ms. Hagelin?

One more chance to trash Trump.

His choice of Mike Pence to serve as his vice president reveals to me that Mr. Trump might be beginning to understand the importance of moral character - both for individuals and for a nation.

Well folks, to my way of thinking Trump has showed far far more moral character that the GOPe, RNC, and NeverTrumpers.

Sadly, those three are the ones with the big mouths that almost exclusively address Trump publicly in or out of the media.

Does it show moral character to trash Trump, and help Mrs. Clinton by doing so?

Those using the "moral character" club, may want to put it away. By now all it amounts to is hitting themselves in the face with it.

"I do not know the current heart of Donald Trump. I don't know if he regrets the way he has talked about women. I don't know if he regrets his infidelity, or his harsh language, or the many other things I decry about his past."

Ever read the story of King David (said to be "a man after God's own heart"), Ms. Hagelin?

Welcome aboard! I hope and do think that your decision to now support Trump because of his choice of Pence, will be echoed across America. The choice of Pence is having the exact desired effect that the Trump campaign picked him for.

It broke the back of the #NeverTrump people on the rules committee just by leaking his name.

I must say I am impressed greatly, I mean Bigly (actually Trump says “Big League”) by the brilliance of the Trump campaign. (minus a couple of mistakes).

GO TRUMP/PENCE!

I’m still freaked out that Pence’s daughter has no reflection in the mirror in that Chili’s photo. /s

Pence is Pence. No sign he does anything for the ticket in the Rocky Mountain West, and Trump was very weak there. Trump showed he can handle the south and the Midwest, maybe compete in the northeast, but he’ll need the mountain states.

Who is this self righteous twit? Trumps statements about women? I haven’t heard any at all. His tone isn’t nice? That called reality If a candidate cannot call out the DC BS in straight talk, he’s not serious about cleaning out the cesspool. And does Trump feel guilty about cheating in the past? Who knows, but maybe sweetcakes the pure can tell us how many penises she has seen,, handled and enjoyed in life.
I’ll guarantee you it isn’t just one. Bet a paycheck on it.
tire of the faux self righteous BS.

“There are many other Christians who are still earnestly struggling with this critical election decision.”

Only an ignorant fool is struggling with it at this point.

Hillary Clinton, Bernie Sanders, and the Democratic Party seek to destroy the very freedoms and rich Judeo Christian principles upon which our nation thrives. Now that Donald Trump has chosen Mike Pence, we have a ticket that offers hope for the restoration of this precious gift from God called, “America”. For me, the choice is now clear.

Good finish to a good article.

Ronald Reagan taught us that “personnel is policy.” In other words, you can tell how a person will lead or govern by the people he chooses to serve with him. Donald Trump has chosen in Mike Pence an incredibly effective warrior for conservative principles.

It doesn’t show in how good a neighbor Pence is but think I think Trump chose him mostly to be able to run on the economy of Indiana. If it had been New Jersey we would have had Chris Christie instead. IMO.

Aw, did you take something Trump said about another person to be about you Becky dear?

Perhaps you should consider getting psychiatric treatment for your paranoid bipolar disorder.

The Democrats are already looking for dirt on the bottom of Pence’s shoes.

Just want to add that Jay Sekulow, who has argued a number of times for religious liberty in the SCOTUS said such nice things about Gov. Mike Pence, including how Pence joined Sekulow in fighting for our religious liberties, etc..

I so decry her tone!

She should be down on her knees thanking God that Donald Trump chose .....with great sacrifice.....to stand in the gap for this nation!

How dare she try to diminish him.
.......what a santimonious attitude.

I see this in my own Christian circles, and I just want to shake some sense in them.
