You are right that the nukes are in Europe. But, the Pentagon considers Turkey as a European base, and there are, indeed, still a bunch of nukes there.
According to another fellow on another post this afternoon they are no longer any there, but moved elsewhere in Europe some time back- he cited various possible locations - not Turkey.
