The one on the far left of the photo has a magazine. I bet the others do too.
I think I see what you're seeing. I think it's ambiguous at best, but I hold with "no mag".
However ...
A bing image search of [Israeli girls rifles] produces interesting results. In most of the pictures they're in uniform and on duty, so not relevant. In about half the pictures, magazines (usually two taped together at 90 degrees) are clearly present. In some cartridges are even visible.
THAT is what we all need more of: Good men and women routinely armed.
