Hugley still maintains that the “Hands Up - Don’t Shoot” really happened, although the friend of Michael Brown who first spread that falsehood walked out of a federal DOJ interview when asked to repeat the claim.
Secondly, the best witnesses to the event were seven drivers and three passengers in their cars. They were actively watching Brown because the Officer Wilson’s police car blocked the intersection they were trying to transverse.
Of the 10, 7 Black, 3 White, 2 said they did not have a good view. The other eight, including the 6 Blacks who said they had a good view, completely denied the “Hands Up - Don’t Shoot” scenario and described Brown as the “charging bull” aggressor, hands balled into fists, charging Wilson.
This was after Brown had already tried to take Wilson’s gun when he was in his patrol car, and had strongarm robbed a sundry store 6 minutes earlier.
Hugley knows that. He is simply another Race Baiting Poverty Pimp making an inflated living exacerbating racial tensions and hate.
One might think that there are far, far more actually sympathetic cases out there, than this and the earlier Trayvon case.
But hate and anger eventually cause reason to be lost.
Great take down of the race baiting Michael Brown defense
