LGBT history lessons heading for California classrooms

In second grade, California students will learn about families with two moms or two dads. Two years later, while studying how immigrants have shaped the Golden State, they will hear how New York native Harvey Milk became a pioneering gay politician in San Francisco.

The State Board of Education unanimously approved those changes in classroom instruction Thursday to comply with the nation’s first law requiring public schools to include prominent gay Americans and LGBT rights milestones in history classes.

The updates are part of a broader overhaul of California’s history and social science curriculum. During four hours of public testimony, dozens of speakers criticized the way the framework discusses Muslims, Hindus, Jews and Japan’s use of “comfort women” during World War II, but no one objected to the inclusion of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender rights. …

Guaranteed, the mentally sick deviants will argue that their deviancy was what enabled them to achieve what fame or special useful achievements they contributed to society.

And the mental deficients in our egalitarian society will immediately buy into the fallacy.

Anyone else remember back in 2008, some California official said that it was ridiculous to imply they’d teach homosexual stuff to elementary school students, when supporters of Proposition 8 were claiming they would do just that if gay marriage became legal in the state?

I don't care what preference a person has. I don't take mine out of the bedroom, leave yours in there too. This has nothing to gain intelligently. Just warp children into something that won't be taught right, and will be screwed up as much as their horrible efforts to teach heterosexuality. Two wrongs don't make a right, just a left. red

What California is irresponsibly not teaching in history classes is major constitutional problems with INTRAstate schools teaching politically correct LGBT “rights.”

To begin with, not only have the states never amended the Constitution to expressly protect so-called LGBT “rights,” but also consider the following.

When the Founding States drafted the Constitution, they expressly prohibited both the federal and state governments from establishing protected / privileged classes which is what misguided California lawmakers are effectively doing with respect to requiring LGBT history to be taught to school children without the approval of all parents imo.

Also note that Mark 7:9-13 shows that Jesus reprimanded the Pharisees and teachers of the law for unscriptural teachings that basically drove a wedge between parents and their children.

So by having schools indoctrinate the children of faith-based families with lifestyle ideas that are not only not expressly protected by the Constitution but condemned by the Holy Bible, California lawmaker are likewise not only driving a wedge between parents and their children like the Pharisees and teachers of the law did, but lawmakers are also unthinkingly abridging the 1st Amendment-protected right of religious expression of such families as applied to the states by Section 1 of the 14th Amendment.

14th Amendment, Section 1: All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States [emphasis added]; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

Like dude, that is so totally bogus.

I am going to complain to the Superintendent of Schools. I plan to take the 405 to Ventura Boulevard, hang a left on Kenzie-Deeks Avenue and have a tofu with Grainger before ending the day with a stiff single malt at Hedy’s office.

Hope I don’t step on her, she’s only three inches high.

Every time I see a government school bus I see one of Hitler’s cattle cars.

Every time I pass a government school playground filled with “students” it’s like I’m seeing the un-dead walk about one of Hitler’s concentration camps. Their souls are being murdered, spirits are being permanently poisoned for all their earthly existence.

We can only hope that it stays in the crazy state of California. But I can see Washington, Colorado, New York, and other highly liberal states falling in line. It’ll making private schools more and more desired.
