On behalf of the American people, I condemn in the strongest terms what appears to be a horrific terrorist attack in Nice, France, which killed and wounded dozens of innocent civilians. Our thoughts and prayers are with the families and other loved ones of those killed, and we wish a full recovery for the many wounded. I have directed my team to be in touch with French officials, and we have offered any assistance that they may need to investigate this attack and bring those responsible to justice. We stand in solidarity and partnership with France, our oldest ally, as they respond to and recover from this attack.
On this Bastille Day, we are reminded of the extraordinary resilience and democratic values that have made France an inspiration to the entire world, and we know that the character of the French Republic will endure long after this devastating and tragic loss of life.
And you wonder why the Jihadies are laughing and giving us the finger. :)

Holy cow!! Newt is very angry and just let loose on Hannity!! I can’t begin to even begin to characterize his interview - ask all Muslims if they believe in Sharia, if so deport them. That goes for American citizens too. Says the elites have tried to keep the lid on the truth and its time to expose them. We are in a war and we’re going to lose the war unless we recognize that reality. Mentions that Obama won’t recognize it. Recommends two books - Mike Flynn’s and another (name escapes me).

Newt was frickin awesome. I’m not a Trump guy at all(I was a Cruz guy), but if he’d pick Newt for VP, I’ll vote for Trump. Twice. Pence does not impress me. At. All.
At least he didn’t blame whitey, racist cops, or guns...but hell, he’s got the rest of the week to do that.

Had the fledgling United States been fighting anyone other than England, I have serious doubts France would have been there in any capacity. France needed an ally in North America, and many saw this rebellion, especially if successful, as a grand opportunity remove all British influence from North America, and for France to reclaim Canada as a French colony.
