Among most, but there are plenty of conservatives that are good at coding and web designing. While I don't give a crap about web designing, I do pretty well with assembly and C++.
I know lots of conservative/libertarian programmers, but this problem isn't going to be solved by programmers. What is needed is real communications infrastructure and the capital to run it.
