I remember when McCain picked Palin, no one had a clue who she was.
Not true here in FR. There was a lot of hoping here in FR that McCain would pick Palin. I remember that. It was the first time I ever heard of her, during the speculation leading up to the event, speculation here on FR.

I read about Gov. Sarah Palin in WSJ from her election on. She was on my short list for VP before she was on McCain’s. I hope she gets a cabinet post in the Trump Administration.

Yes, I remember reading about her first on FR a few months before McCain picked her on the ticket. FReepers were definitely rooting for her.
