Perhaps she can’t openly side with Trump as the lesser of two evils kind of viewpoint should any vote come about within the court, without feeling the cross-hairs from Clinton operatives? Engineered this to allow stepping aside and produce a 4-3 split favoring Trump, yet appear to favor Hillary? No way to know without an actual challenge before the court.
I gave up on Mark and no longer listen. His ire and screaming got to be too much.
Levin needs to pull his head out of his bottom and start supporting Trump over crooked hilarity.
My point was that it’s possible for someone - for instance, Levin - to be critical of Trump, but still recognize that Ginsburg was totally wrong. It has nothing to do with Cruz.

It is also totally possible for an intellectual to be totally wrong. I understand he thought his lawyer buddy should be anointed, but he wasn’t. The continual carping at Trump before the election can only help Hillary and that is intellectually stupid.
