Another shooting situation caught on camera — this time in Tampa, after a security guard got into an altercation with a group of men leaving the Ybor City parking garage. Everoy Farqharson, 31, employed by private security firm Farqharson confronted victims about urinating in parking garage Farqharson accused of firing gunshots at people in garage Officers arrested security guard Everoy Farqharson and charged him with two counts of aggravated assault with a firearm and battery. He was also charged with tampering with evidence and burglary of a conveyance for unlawfully entering the victim's car and removing shell casings from the scene. The altercation started when a couple of guys relieved themselves in front of their car in an Ybor City parking garage.
The security guard saw them, confronted them, and things escalated quickly.
In the cell phone video, Kevin Withcer, Chris Pino and Megan Zetterberg had just gotten back into their car to head home for the night.
The guys decided to urinate in front of their car before leaving and that’s when Farqharson blocked them in with his golf cart. Things got out of control quickly and Pino started recording on his cell phone. In the footage, several gunshots can be heard

This Security Guard had the best of intentions, he wanted to do his job. But he took it too literally, and created an unnecessary power struggle. As soon as I saw the lines “The guys had relieved themselves, gotten back into their car to drive away. The Security Guard blocked their exit with his
Golf Cart.” I knew he was going overboard. Never corner a rat if you don’t have to.
Maybe this guy should look for a Bodyguard or bouncer sort of job.
The other losers are the two men, who have been named as the type of people who piss in public parking facilities, and expect to get away with it.

This could have been avoided if they had a had their public urination pass in their possession.
